FACMA Mulching Equipment

XPEL Model
The XPEL mulcher is designed for stony and irregular ground as well as woodland maintenance.
Its robust construction allows it to process larger pruning residues of approximately 10–15 cm in diameter and break movable stones up to 25 cm in diameter.
The XPEL is available with either a manual or hydraulic side shift and is designed for tractors from 55 HP to 120 HP.
BVE Model
The BVE model is designed to provide a higher level of grass crumbling and is suited to mulching grassy areas, runners and stones up to approximately 6–7 cm in diameter in orchards.
The hitch can be supplied with either manual or hydraulic side shift. The model is designed for tractors from 40 HP to 110 HP.
A reversible BVE/RV version can also be supplied for front mounting on the tractor, subject to the specified configuration.
FX Model
The FX mulcher is designed for grass and fibrous stalks.
It features a fixed hitch and is mounted on the tractor’s rear three-point hydraulic lift. The FX range is suitable for tractors from 18 HP to 85 HP, making it an option for lower-power agricultural tractors.
VPE Model
The VPE model is designed for mulching grass, runners, pruning residues and medium-sized movable stones up to approximately 12 cm in diameter.
The machine has a robust construction with an anti-wear hood. It can be supplied with a fixed hitch or a hydraulic side-shift system, allowing the mulcher to work outside the tractor’s track and reach beneath low foliage while the tractor remains between the rows.
The hydraulic side shift has a piston travel of up to 1 metre.
The VPE is designed for tractors from 55 HP to 130 HP. FACMA also offers different hammer configurations depending on the machine specification.
